This ocean monument seed reminds us a lot of the survival island seed we posted recently. The scenario is the same (as will be with many monument seeds). The game spawn point is on an island, and the monument is just offshore. From the spawn point the structure is forward, just a bit off to the left. It is about 50 blocks offshore, so do note that you cannot see it from the island itself – you will have to swim or take a boat out to it. Coordinates for the ocean monument are: 2616, 70, 138.
The way that this monument is positioned (as well as the game lighting) make it a bit harder to see in daytime. From the island’s beach you can just make out its silhouette. We have added a game screenshot taken from shore, as well as another hovering just above the structure, at night.
